Floor Manager / Bar Manager
- 42.5 hours per week
- £28000-£32000 OTE subject to experience with uncapped Bonus
- Ongoing training and development

Floor Manager— As a floor manager, you’ll be responsible driving sales of wine and other beverages,, leading from the front all within a fast-paced environment all whilst delivering an industry leading level of customer service. We are wine specialists and you will need to be too – whether that’s knowledge you come with or can pick up quickly with our support. We also serve cocktails, fine spirits, beers, coffee and nibbles.
The role in a nutshell:
· To inspire team and customers alike with your confident appreciation of wine
· To liaise with General, Deputy and Bar manager to ensure service always runs smoothly, ensuring the customer
experience is consistently good every time
· To support the General and Deputy Manager with managing a team of part-time and full-time staff through listening and coaching
· To ensure that the highest levels of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in wine, prior experience in hospitality, be a team player, and have high standards for their own work and the work of their team.
Bar Manager—As a bar manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the bar, ensuring only drinks of the highest quality leave the bar all within a fast paced environment.
The role in a nutshell:
· To order and organise bar operations, ensuring the customer experience is consistently good every time
· To inspire, train and develop wine and drinks knowledge within the whole team.
· To work alongside the General and Deputy Manager to ensure the bar is well stocked at all times.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in drinks, prior experience in hospitality and thrive under the pressure of running a busy bar with a team of part time staff.

Deputy Manager
- 42.5 hour contract
- £33000-38000 OTE offered subject to experience

If you’re an expert in wine and a natural leader in hospitality, we’re looking for you to join our friendly, hard-working, knowledgeable team.
As Deputy Manager, you’ll be supporting the General Manager for daily operations and events. We are wine specialists and you will need to be too. The site also serves cocktails, fine spirits, beers, coffee and nibbles – you’ll need to be able to give training across the whole menu.
The role in a nutshell:
- To inspire team and customers alike with your confident appreciation of wine
- To order and organise bar operations, ensuring the customer experience is consistently good every time
- To support the General Manager with managing a team of part-time and full-time staff through listening and coaching
- Ordering and managing stock
- Providing on-the-job training for the team
- To act as an ambassador for the company at tastings and trade events
- To ensure that the highest levels of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge in wine, prior experience in hospitality, be a team player, and have high standards for their own work and the work of their team.
